All day long—constantly—we speak about You with gratitude and celebration, and we'll never stop praising Your name. This is a statement of continuous, eternal thanksgiving.

This sets up the devastating indictment of verses 17-18: despite such constancy in praise and covenant fidelity, God has withheld His military support, creating the psalm's central theological scandal.
