Answers to the usual questions

Most messages we get are one of these. If yours isn't, the form above reaches us directly.

How do I restore a purchase?

Open BibleKey, go to Settings and tap Restore Purchases. Make sure you're signed in to the same Apple ID you subscribed with. If it still doesn't appear, send us the Apple ID email and we'll sort it.

How do I cancel BibleKey Premium?

Subscriptions are managed by Apple, not by us. On your iPhone open Settings, tap your name, then Subscriptions, and choose BibleKey. Cancelling there stops the renewal and you keep Premium until the period ends.

Which translations are included?

Seven: the Berean Standard Bible, King James Version, NIV, NLT, NKJV, and the two Catholic editions — NLT-CE and Douay-Rheims, with the full deuterocanon. All of them are free to read in the app.

Does BibleKey work offline?

Reading and audio narration work offline once a translation is downloaded. Verse insights, word studies and Selah need a connection, because they're generated for the passage you're on.

Are my notes and highlights private?

Yes. They sync through your own iCloud account, which means we can't read them. See the privacy policy for the detail.

Is there an Android version?

Not yet. BibleKey is iPhone and iPad only for now. In the meantime you can read the whole Bible free on this site — every book and chapter, on any device.

How long until you reply?

Usually within a day or two. It's a small team, and Ali reads everything that comes in.
